I am away from Cornwall for a month but still wanted to offer classes to you. So rather than in person I am offering a rare opportunity to practice online with me!
Online flow classes every Monday morning 7:30am - 8:30am
26th of October, 2nd, 9th and 16th of November.
All four sessions for £40 or £12 drop in.
